Formerly operating as Gryphon Leadership Group, I provide executive leadership and change management services to early growth phase tech companies and select nonprofit organizations, to stabilize operations and prepare the business for the next chapter of growth.

I have deep leadership experience in both the tech and nonprofit sectors. I understand the critical relationship between people, structure and execution. A consultant works externally to do research, conduct analysis and provide recommendations. As a contracted executive, I work from within to lead through growth and change, crises, leadership gaps, and turnarounds. I provide short-term stability while maintaining business momentum. My work allows the CEO, owner or board to stay focused on where they need to be to move the organization forward.

In a relatively short amount of time (usually 6-9 months), I analyze your people, team structure and strategy, I show you what’s missing and where the potential is hiding, I present a clear roadmap to success, and you engage me as a contracted executive to execute the plan.

As a contracted executive, I do the work of setting the table for your next key hires, a high performing management team, a structure to take your business to the next level, and other significant deliverables.

Our work together results in understanding the key drivers of your business or organization, a tight plan to implement over time, and I begin executing on the initiatives that make the most impact. It’s about gathering the right information, developing a strategy, and executing it with clarity and speed.
